We’ve Got This was created by Thankful as a rallying cry for collective strength. While "You've got this" is empowering, We’ve Got This shifts the focus to unity - recognising that it takes a team: loved ones, doctors, nurses, neighbours, even strangers - all showing up with care and courage.
The range is more than merchandise - t’s a movement.
Every item sold supports cancer research, patient care, and the incredible charities making a difference every day. Whether you're a patient, survivor, or supporter - this is your way to say: You’re not alone. We’ve got this.
How does it work?
Every product is made to order and sold online via wevegotthis.org.
From the sales, Thankful will donate 50% of profit towards supporting cancer research, charities, and programs across Australia. The other 50% of profit helps support Thankful develop new initiatives to create thankful moments for those in need, including cancer patients.
We partner with registered organisations doing real work - from research labs to patient support groups - and help get funding into their hands to make sustainable change.
Are the products ethically made?
Yes. Our products are printed on demand through Printful, using ethically sourced materials and sustainable printing practices where possible.
This approach helps reduce overproduction and supports a more conscious, waste-free model.
How long will my order take?
Because each item is made just for you, please allow
approximately:
- 2–5 business days for
printing and processing - 10–14 business days for standard shipping within Australia
- Up to 21 days for
international shipping

Can I return or exchange my item?
We do not offer change-of-mind returns, as each item is made to order. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

We partner with cancer-related charities across Australia. If you’re a registered organisation, you can:
